Bacharel em Administração de Empresas, formada em Capelania Hospitalar e em Nonprofit Management pela UCF (University of Central Florida) and EBI (Edith Bush Institute). Atualmente Marcia trabalha para o hospital AdventHealth Orlando como capelã.
Em 2011, Marcia fundou a PEOPLE WHO MAKE A DIFERENCE, uma organização sem fins lucrativos, e Marcia atua como CEO da mesma. Esta organização tem como missão orientar e oferecer assistência financeira para indivíduos sem Plano de Saúde, assim como educar a comunidade sobre prevenção contra doenças e mostrar o caminho para o bem-estar de uma vida saudável.

Joelma Batista é brasileira, nascida em 13 de fevereiro de 1980, na cidade de Ipatinga-MG. Durante boa parte da sua vida, teve que conviver com uma realidade pouco favorecida e enfrentar grandes riscos. Mesmo sem o perfil financeiro para o “sonho americano”, Joelma desafiou suas limitações e encarou, corajosamente, todas as dificuldades até chegar ao seu objetivo. Hoje, aos 40 anos de idade, ela conquistou seu espaço nos Estados
Unidos ao lado de suas duas filhas. Atualmente, mora em Atlanta, fala fluentemente três idiomas e busca encorajar pessoas a romperem seus limites.
